Abstract: One of the important targets of the foundation of resources on elaborate course is how to share the resources. But the technology of Web make the rate of using is very low now in existence. This paper tries to introduce the technology of the semantic Web to the foundation of resources on elaborate course. After analyzing the functions on the elaborate course resource repository, the paper constructs the ontology of the elaborate course resource repository and implements the ontology modeling by use of Protege3.4.1. Finally, the evaluation of ontology is given, and proves its validity.
